Professionals, Finance and Services

The Professionals, Finance and Services Section (PFS-GWU) covers a wide-range of employees within the services sector in Malta. The section was established in 1964 as the National Association for Clerical and Supervisory Staff (NACSS) to organize clerical, supervisory, technical, and managerial positions both in the public and private sectors. Today the professionals, Finance and services section represents workers in various sectors and job categories including:
(i) Professionals and Managerial employees (P&M’s),
(ii) the Finance Sector including Banks, Financial Institutions, and Insurance companies,
(iii) the Security and Logistics Services sector, and
(iv) the Media sector
